Dear Friends,
Minimum wages revision in Rajasthan is on cards.
State Govt. Has expressed its intention vide notification no.F5(6)MW/Lab/2002/part dated 14.10.2010 published in extraordinary gazette,to revise the minimum wages in all scheduled employment in the sate as follows:
Unkilled Rs.135/per day Rs.3510/ per month
Semi-Skilled Rs.145/per day Rs.3770/per Month
Skilled Rs.155/per day Rs.4030/per Month
Highly Skilled Rs. 205/per day Rs.5330/per month
Apart from above, Minimum wages for domestic worker has also been intended to enforce @Rs.504/per month for one hour house hold work. It will be Rs.4030/per month for eight hour working.
The minimum wages includes basic ,D.A. and other cash allowance paid in lieu of other facilities.
After considering suggestions and objections, Govt. Intends to enforce these rates of wages w.e.f. 1st Jan.2011.
