sir,
i am a graduate in sience and pgdim (hr)from ignou. i am wprking for a steel company for 8 years. 4 year as technical operation in furnace. 4 years in iso implementation for qms & ems. i also help in implementation for performance management system as per kra/kpi way. what should i do next. should i stick to the career or attain a iso lead auditor certification in 9001/14001 in change my career in iso auditor. please help a career plan. |
