Hi,
Having worked with HR outsourcing firm(UK client) for last two years,it seems I am not moving any further in my HR career as the work in HRO process deals in one specific domain and it gets redundant once you know the ins and outs of the tools, thus leaving me no challenges.
Above all, the experience which I have on HR shared services does not count anywhere if I want to move to core HR fuctions.
Is it worth working with HRO if somebody aspires to make a career in HR?
