Can any one help, calculate and guide regarding protection of Pay of an employee on his tranfer from one PSU to another. The details are as under:

Details of Salary in parent PSU from where transferred:

Scale of Pay:Rs.5600-150-8600/- //Basic pay:6650/- // Dearness Pay: 50% of Basic Pay

Dearness Allowance: 77.5% of (Basic Pay + DP) // CCA: Rs.300/-

House Rent Allowance: 30% of (Basic Pay + DP)

Details of Pay scale in which pay is to be protected:

Scale of Pay: Rs.5600-150-8600/- // Dearness Allowance:127.5% of Basic Pay

CCA:Rs.300/- //HRA: 30% of Basic Pay

To find NEW BASIC PAY // PERSONAL PAY and Pay protection norms relied if any.
