We are planning to implement some of employee engagement activities like Sports club, Birthday celebration etc.,

we have 150 employees in our organisation.

Can anyone help in this regard..

You can also start engagement plus motivational activities like "Employee of the Month" where the best employee for a particular month will be rewarded/given an appreciation certificate, competion on "Work Station decoration" etc

Hi.. you may start following activities to improve employee engagement:

1. BIrthday Celebrations

2. In Spot (instant) Appreciation rewards/ awards

3. Employee of the month for different categories of employees

4. Sports Competitions

5. Family Day celebrations, by calling family of employees, fun activities etc can be organized for children

6. Out Station PIcnic for Employees

7. Internal Magazine

8. OPen House Forums with Top Management

9. SKIP Level Meetings

10. Recognition for completing 5 years Service

6.Annual Lucky Draw Contest
7.Festival celebrations
8.Birthday celebrations
9.Contest-Professional skills/Technical skills
10.Yoga/Medidation Hour
11.Library/Recreation Hall etc
We have to make sure that employees are engaged in the activities with their full attention and interest.
