Hi,

We are planning to implement some of employee engagement activities like Sports club, Birthday celebration etc.,

we have 150 employees in our organisation.

Can anyone help in this regard..

Hi,

For birth day celebration u can plan monthly or quaterly basis.if employee strenth is more u can also plan weekly basis.

Fortnight competitions in an innovative way would definitely motivate employees and stay engaged.

Our org. conducts fortnight competitions like innovative painting, pot painting, Crickquiz, Haloween dressed day, Secret santa, etc.
