We are planning to implement some of employee engagement activities like Sports club, Birthday celebration etc.,

we have 150 employees in our organisation.

Can anyone help in this regard..

Employee Engagement is an important factor to reduce attrition rate in an organization. There are lot of activities like celebrating birthdays' of employees by fixing one day for all the employees who have birthdays' in that particular month.
