Hi,

I am Rachna,i wants to start my career in Hr.I am having 2 years experience in IT.

But Now i wants to shift into Hr-Domain.I am presently staying in Mumbai,How i get

into HR-domain.I am BCA MCA graduate.how do i get job as an HR.in BEST TO BEST COMPANY IN MUMBAI.But i dont wants to do mba but i wants to first get into job in hr

then i will do mba
