I am working for a KPO industry. Based on my experience i would like to suggest you that motivational activities should be a tailor made one for each institution depending on the following factors
1. Understand the institutional budget allocated for the motivational process. 2. Understand the felt needs of the employess at various level 3. Match the felt need of the employees with the organistional goals
and then plan for the motivational activites matching the 2 & 3 point. This may sound you more of theortical but it is not so.
For eg:
to understand the felt need of the employees - prepare a self review questioner form for the employee which should identify needs on his social, economical, occupational environment and professional goals.
Priority the needs which is essential for the organistional growth and then plan for a motivational activities on that
More over be specific on the area in which you have to develop the motivational activites.
Eg. Productivity of the Individual.
