Trade Unions act has come into force on 1926, we have nearly 9 recognized uions in india where it plays a major role. When we look into deep it does not take any kind of welfare measure for low end labours? for what trade unions are formed are they for to do justice for labour, collective bargaining for employees or they just act in favour of poor labour and mingle with empolyer? Eevery one can discuss and participate in this topic and contribute their valuble ideas. |
