Dear Friends

Does any one have knowledge on confidetialty agreements between employee and employer to prevent misuse of information gained during employment and use of same for self and or competitor co. I would grtaly apreciate any help on this issue as some companies do ask there employees to sign such an agreement.

I believe you are talking about Non Disclosure agrement.. Most of the software companies do have employees sign them because of IPR intellectual property rights ) related issues.
