Hi, My suggestion will go like this, first run through the potentials of the current employee base and then identify specific training needs. Thereafter you might design proper functional & cross-functional training programmes, alongwith behaviourial trainings and leadership programmes. For the trainees to be identified, take the base as designation and seniority of the employees in your organisation.
