Hello All,

Can the group help me in planning "Career Progression" of the employees in the organization. The organization consist of around 250 employees, in various teams.

Can I have the knowledge shared on this topic from the members ?

Hi,

My suggestion will go like this, first run through the potentials of the current employee base and then identify specific training needs. Thereafter you might design proper functional & cross-functional training programmes, alongwith behaviourial trainings and leadership programmes. For the trainees to be identified, take the base as designation and seniority  of the employees in your organisation.

A well-designed career progression programme will be a good tool for retention of employees.
