For training need anaqlysis organisation has to go through three layers of analysis.

1.organisational analysis

2.operational analysis

3.performance unit analysis

from these three analysis company has to go for training need and non training need.

If  events are being triggered repeatedly  then company has to  go for training.

problems can be serted out without traing i.e providing job aids

What I would like to suggest you that first of all you will require to sit with various HOD's ( Deptt Heads) and findout the nature of work performed by their subordinates. After this you have to list down some behavioural and technical training programs which you can provide in a year. Then get the details from all HOD's which of their subordinate they want to give training on the list mentioned by you. After this you will require to make a proper training calender and divide the employees in small groups of 10-15.Also to find out the external trainers available in your area. Thanks Ajay Londhey

According to me we Should Follow these steps For training need analysis.

1- Analysis the market situation for newer skill demands.

2- Analysis employee level and divide them all in equal level.

3-Analysis of company's resources and Inputs need to contribute in training prog..
