I am working in HDFC Life since May 2006. Company is giving me PL on my basic salary. Now after 5 year of my service, my PL balance was 130 days@ rate of 8800 Rs. P/M.
Company had suddenly reduce my basic salary by 2000 Rs. Company had also declared to encased PL by this rate. I feel this is not right. Because when they had given me PL, it was on m higher basic salary, and now they are giving me PL on my lower basic. This is cheating.
