Vertical move makes you to sit on the Revolving Chair. You can be confortable on the Revolving Chair only when you are aware of surrounding situations. To be coservant with the surrounding situations, you must move laterally. Person on the Revolving Chair must be jack of all. Diversity also gives encouragement. remember the phrase "Change of Work is the Rest".
