Hi,

There are few things to be kept in mind for keeping attrition under control:

1. Hire right fit for job.

2.New hire should be mentally , economically and processionally satisfied while offering him.

3. As per engagement module of Gallup, More engaged employee are more productive and stay for long with the organization. Hence focus on their functional, individual and social/family engagement activities.

4. Increase R&R activities in your organization.

5. Make your systems more performance oriented organization (PMS, R&R related activities) than perception related activities.

6. Try to bridge gap between hr and employee and treat them like colleagues and HR and Other function members. It provides belongingness sense to employee towards HR and organization.

These are few factors which emay help you.

dear frn, Some of the ways to lower the attrition rate are 1. giving appraisal on time (promotion, increase in salary etc.) 2. employee survey is also one good method of finding out if the employees are happy or not. 3. giving some wht a flexible working style.

To Keep the Attrition under Control, must be follow the below things: 1. Hiring/Section of right candidate for job. 2. Proper Orientation or training programs should be scheduled to clear the business process to new hires. 3. Organize the various employee engagement activities at work place to give the employee better environment. 4. Bought the feel of friends with the employees to easily understand their issues during work. 5. A process of regular counseling may helps you to fulfill the "4" point. Sunil Kumar Verma Asstt.
