ISO Certification standards for HR Department

Bhawna,

ISO standard is huge. Not all of it will be applicable to HR. It depends on the structure of your organisation, forexample, if you have HR fuction divided between Strategic HR function and HR shared services, there will be different standards which will be implemented for both subsets pf HR.
