Employee should not use office hrs and office equipments for personal purpose without permission from their immediate superior if need be. The Model Standing Orders, and the rules and regulations, misconduct, code of conduct therein should be devised, defined and incorporated in the HR Manual with the approval from Management and the same should be made known to the employees, to avoid HR Personnel to be in bad books of Staff Members being the discipline Master. |
