The case study is as follows:
Airbus is a leading global aircraft manufacturer, which due to the A380 ramp up over the past 3 years, has focused its recruitment drive on candidates primarily with engineering/technical skills.
Now they have a very different recruiting need, namely top talent! This group of high potential candidates- with commercial, as well as technical skills-is needed to enrich their executive pipeline and provide the senior managers of tomorrow.
Airbus therefore wants to employ approximately 20 high achievers, graduates and young professionals with excellent educational backgrounds, fluency in two Europe languages and minimum six months international and relevant practical experience.
