I have a small requirement.

We have recently outsourced one of our products mfg in-house to a contractor. We had given him our facility for operating (building, machinery etc). His job is to put the necessary manpower and produce the required numbers and deliver to us. For this he will be paid on piece rate basis.

I would like to enter into an agreement with him, so that it becomes a legal document and a contractual obligation.

Could any one send me a copy of such agreement.
