HI All,

Our company is serving into e-learning and knowledge solutions.

Can someone tell me what would the functional competencies would be for a sales coordinator 4-6 years of exeprience and business development manager 12-14 yrs of experience

Also as the Sales VP sits in the Singapore office, I am asked to make a questionnaire which would help the VP understand the candidate and does not need to start from the scratch.

Please help me what could the questions be for both the profiles
