Can anyone tell me how do we assess that particular attrition rate is safe for a company?

 HI Diksha,

I will try to answer your query & lets hope for the best answers from HR fraternity also.

Deciding a particular attrition rate safer to the company can to be decided on many factors like:   Type of Business, Availabilty of the required manpower in the market (Easily available/Critical to avail), Dependancy(criticality) of the operations on the specific manpower and so on.

But if you can provide some more infor about the same, I can do some analysis & revert you.
