Need your valuable suggestions and views on stress management..
i m planning to conduct a training (internal) on stressmanagement, basically a ITcompany....so if have any info or PPT or anu document which can add value in my training would appreciable.....

Hello friend
Begin the session with finding out the basic knowledge of Stress & ways to manage it from the participants.
If you type Stress Management ppt in Google advanced search you can get many presentations that you could down load.
Then in between while discussing on stress relievers say that laughing is a good one and as them to stand in a circle and when you count 1,2,3,ask them to laugh their hearts out. You start by laughing at your maximum.
In the end give them a relaxation,by asking them to sit straight with their hands on their lap.Then ask them to close their eyes and then you start relaxing part by part of the body after saying r e l a x your right leg......
follow this up the body part by part.
Play some soulful music in a very low voice!!
Then slowly take their mind to a beautiful sun set in a sea side and ask them to imagine that they are enjoying the sunset!!
Slowly tell them that the waves are touching their legs and they are enjoying the sun set.
Then slowly bring them back to their room and ask them to keep the eyes closed for some more time.
Then ask them to s l o w l y open their eyes!!
Ask them how they feel now and whether they are relaxed!!!!
