Hi! All,

Any suggestions on making Recruitment Incentive Plan for the Recruitment Team.

I need to write Recruitment Incentive Plan for the Recruitment Team.

Team Consists of Manager - Recruitment, 3 Sr. Recruiters, 1 Recruiter & one trainee.

Manager is at 9 years of work experience.

Sr. Recruiters are at around 5 years of work experience.Recruiters are at 3 years of work ex.

Pl suggest any ready format if available.
