I would like to do develop a career plan for my employees, particulary for those in development and implementation area.

I need some documents or plan to say how to go about it?

Firstly u develop a career plan for urself ..for eg if you are an HR professional then what would your career plan be??to go up the ladder , learn diff avenues of HR , incorporating new activities for employees , to improve the weaknesses and so on

In similar lines , you can develop a career plan for different categories of employees
