we have a few people in the organisation who want to develop their english comm skills which will help them in their work.
can anyone suggest some inhouse trainings that can be conducted to help.

Hi
In every organisation we find people who have difficulty in communicating. In our organization we have created a communication club where in the associates with difficulty in communication are put together and they are given a topic they come prepared and present. Experts and the others present in the room will give the feedback and the presenter ensure the mistakes are taken care next time....whatever improvement shared with the associate or group will not be discussed outside that room that way confidence is build. We have seen improvement in their communication and confidence.

You can even think of starting Toast Masters club which help associate in communication and build confidence in them.
