I'm very new in HR area. I need to know how to conduct the workload analysis. My corporate's business are car rental and general logistics. We've had more than dozen of service point which spread out around country. Therefore, our management needed to know the workload of each function running on the service point.
Is there anyone can help me?

Dear,
For workload analysis, various tools are available. Such as time motion study. For each function, you have to set ideal time and accordingly you need to calculate the actual time taken by the each service centre.
Apart from that, you also need to work out on total strength of manpower at each centre against of amount of work-load. This may be help you out.
Besides, you also need to throw some light on Turn Around Time and Absenteeism at each centre.
I hope this may be help you.
