Hi Group,

I am based in pune and pursuing my MBA in HR from Symbiosis via Distance Learning . I have an experience of 1.4 years of working with development agencies (social development) in which i already have a full time masters degree. I am now willing to shift to HR but my lack of experience in core HR areas is making this a little difficult for me. therfore i would request the readers of this mail as how should i proceed and also suggest any help if they can.

I'll be really thankful for the same!

Jigyasa
