Dear Friends,

Recently, one of my friends was discussing his office work behaviour dynamics. During the discussion, a point emerged that our polite attitude in our day-to-day working is often misconstrued as a sign of weakness. This is taken advantage of, by some of our aggressive colleagues  and we get a feeling that our views / voice get submerged.

My question is whether is it wrong to be polite ?

What should be the limit of tolerance, beyond which, we should give up being nice ?

If we try to give it up, how should we beahaviourally tackle such situation ?

I understand that there are no "right" or "wrong" in it, yet, I seek the views of the esteemed members of our group.

I will be obliged to receive your kind views and guidance.

Thanks

Dipankar
