Hi I'm working with one of the major IT Services company at Hyderabad. We have a particular project which works on product development & the concerned delivery guys have asked us to give them a exclusive plan on retention strategy keeping in mind their work environment which is product development.
Some of the challenges they are facing is employees comparing their peers in other projects on role change which can¢t happen in this project.
They are looking for some module which talks about retaining employees for long term by motivating them periodically by providing benefits like Certification program exclusive to their project linked to Tenure, Project specific bonus, career development within the project which is not common across the organization & so on.
Can anyone of you provide your suggestions/strategies currently you are using, which have helped in retention of employees in such a scenario.
