Would anyone have information on the current Indian HR Department. what i would really like to know is that does HR department in india have a separate personnel looking after activities to motivate the employees... like organizing events, scheduling and organizing fun activities and other activities to keep them motivated.
would be great help if someone could throw light on the above scenario.
