Dear All,
We have some of our employees who are sent on a secondment to our sister companies on work purposes for period ranging between 1- 3 years. We are in the process of drafting an agreement between the employer and the employee. We would also like to mention on the binding period from the employees angle to safe guard the companies investment. I understand some of the IT companies have some standard agreement which they follow for their employees. Can I request the esteemed members of this forum to share your experience in this regard?
