Hello,

As a member of the group I would kindly like to ask you the following:

I am the HR manager in a bank. I am asked to make a target plan for HR dept for the next financial year and discuss and present it to management team.

As it is my first time facing such issue, I would like to request any member of the group who has experience in such an issue to give me some advices and indications so that I can have a clue for making the same.

Best regards,

Jean

Hi Jeant,

Some of the broad KPIs for HR guys could be:

1. Attrition rate
2. Recruitment cost
3. Man-days training (annual)
4. No. of Trainings
5. Employee Satisfaction Survey
6. No. of grievances .
7. No. of new HR initiatives
8. Employer branding and response to employment opportunity in the organisation etc. etc.

These are too broad and can be narrowed down to measurable targets.

Cheers

Nandalal
