I want to know about the problems being faced by the manufacturing plant HR managers while recruiting the Technical staff basically at the shopfloor level. Like, sourcing the manpower, arranging interviews and so on. Specially when there are bulk requirements.
Also pls tell me the ways of resolving such problems. Any experience in handling such project will be an added advantage.
