Does age matter...?

Hello!

I have a general query: Does the age of a manager matter in his approach to issues? I mean can a young manager have an equally mature way of taking or doing things as his counterpart of more age keeping other factors similar?

Warm Regards,

Murali

Re: Does age matter...?

I am a strong believer of the fact that age shold not be the criterion for rejecting a candidate so long he meets your requirements.

It is not necessary that the aged person shall have a more matured approach to a problem. This statement may or may not be true. It all depends on the individual.
