Hi Seniors,
I need your advices in how to control the dissatisfaction of employees who are not satisfy with increments.
In my company mostly all employees are not satisfy with their increments, we roll out the appraisal and our average increment is about 12%. This time our employees was expecting more because last time we had given good increments.
Kindly suggest me the right way to handle dissatisfaction of employees.
