Dear All,

Please tell me the meaning of following?

1. Pension at a reduce rate

2. Super annuation Pension

If employee leave his/her service after 2 years & withdraw his pension along with it

Other employee leave his/her service after 10 years withdraw his pension, does he get any extra benefit?
