This is case, which I came across, where one of the candidate was seeking help -
Aparna is working with XYZ Ltd (name withhold) since 2008. Because of some personal issue, she put in her resignation on 27th Nov 2011, which was accepted by the management. Currently she is serving one notice period, which end by 26th Dec 2011.
In the meanwhile on 26th Dec 2011, XYZ’s management agrees to pay the arrears (salary) to all its current employees (who been on their rolls from 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2010)
In Aparna case, they completely denied to pay her the arrears.
Wanted to know if in such a situation, can she fight for arrears?
