Dear Seniors,
 
I have finalized the Band of all employees in my company and according to that I have also the travel plan for them. Now I would like to know the process of implementing these bands.
 
Should I cover all employees to explain their grades and levels? Or should I directly communicate them this is your grade without explaining the process?
 
I need your assistant in implementing the grade & levels where previously nothing was there. What are the step I need to take care?
 
Looking for some valuable inputs.
