Help Needed on Leave Policy

Hi!

Can someone help me with the leave policy specially for Tamil Nadu. I need to know:

1.       CL – how many and how many can be taken together.
2.       Can one combine these with other holidays and weekly offs? If yes then how many together.
3.       Sick Leave – how many per year and under what circumstances they can be taken, can they be accumulated, if yes then how many?
4.       Pl – How many per year and what time after confirmation etc.
5.       National Holidays
6.       State and other holidays
7.       Maternity Leave
8.       Paternity Leave
9.       Any other leave
10.   In case someone takes a short permission (say for 2 hrs) how is it treated – leave of Half a day or else......

Your help is highly appreciated.
