Please guide me with the number of days to be given as maternity leave to a lady employee who is adopting a child.

Dear Shreya,

Firstly it’s not call maternity leave, because if a Person is adopting a child it’s called “Adoption Leave”, Maximum of 15 day leave can be provided.
