Hi,

Can someone help me with the following information for Indian market :

1. Wage inflation – IT, ITES, healthcare – at various levels of workforce (entry level, middle management & leadership)

2. Average cost per employee - IT, ITES, healthcare { including base salary, fringe, reward & recognition, bonuses, food, transport, etc.}

3. Attrition Rate - IT, ITES, healthcare – at various levels of workforce (entry level, middle management & leadership)
