Dear HR members.

I want to know that whether is there any rule that "if an employee enter Gratutiy periods or had covered Five year job in an organisation then he has to inform to the HR Dept. in written"

Please help.

Not really.

The onus is on the employer to keep a track of it.

It is the responsibility of employer to obtain nomination for gratuity in Form-F after completion of one year,s service since gratuity is payble to legal heir/nominee of the employee in case of his death after completion of one year,s  service.
