We are a 150 strong software product organization. Recently, a new Performance Management System has been introduced across the organization. Normalization of appraisal ratings have been mapped according to the bell-curve model.
Can a bell-curve be implemented for an organization of this size successfully? Ideally what should be the sample size of an orgnaization (similar to the specifics mentioned above) to implement the bell-curve strategy?
