Hello,

I am very interested in entering the HR field and would like to get the groups opinion on a couple of questions. First for the members of this group that are HR generalist or have a title similar can you describe what your average work day is like and consists of? My next question is for all members of the group currently in the HR field. What would tell someone about the HR industry that people do not know about, and that you wish you had known or been told before you entered? Also, what traits must a person possess do be successful? Any help would be appreciated.
