Hello colleagues,

I'm attempting to put together as comprehensive a list as I can of commonly used personality instruments such as DISC, MBTI, any of the Five Factor Model tools, Brain Dominance, and others. I'm particularly curious as to my HR colleagues' opinions on the use of these tools - pros, cons, pet peeves, any particular concerns with pricing or
application, etc. I will glady summarize the information obtained through this list.
