Hi all,

Currently I am working in a small organisation which is on the verge of becoming a corporate. I have been promoted to head the division of HR. Two other colleagues have also been promoted. They have been designated as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The point of dispute is my designation. Its a choice between Chief HR Officer and Head HR.

I request you to suggest which one is an appropriate one in today's age.I know the question is silly but please do send in your suggestions.

Best Wishes,
Harish

CHRO is the first choice or else
CPO (Chief Peoples'Officer)

Hi Harish,

Congratulations!

How about Chief Employee Relationship Officer! Chief is a must....now a days that's a fancy thing and makes more sense than "Head".

Sometimes they use Chief Employee Engagement Officer as well.

Good luck!
