Dear All

Every year the Compensation benchmarks in Management Institutes are soaring. So in order to keep up with the rising compensations companies are offering a CTC on campus higher than the previous years. However in this process the recruits of previous years and the other employees of the organization think they are getting a raw deal.

Want your expert guidance in knowing how can this situation be handled better.
