Dear all

I want to know the follwing thing, plase help me.

1) How can we make the break up of CTC package of (Rs.1,50,000)
2) What must be the Basic+HRA+Conv+LTA+MED ....?
3) What are the things that has to be included in CTC..?

If any aone have any standard excel format for the break up of ctc please
forward me.. i m in urgent need.


 

The CTC depends upon company to company......

I will not disclose my companies name but we have following components...

Basic + HRA + Conveyance + Education Allowance + Special Allowance + Personal Allowance = Gross Salary pm

Apart from the monthly components we have annual components like...

LTA (one basic) + Medical (one basic) + PF (12%of your basic) + Graduity (4.8% of your basic) = CTC pa
