A one stop shop for all HR Solutions branches out to new sectors
5th January, Mumbai: Running under the dynamic leadership of Kuroosh Mistry and Jenifer Mistry, OmegaPoint Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is the destination for all HR solutions. Specializing in Executive Search & Staffing, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Training & Development, Strategy and Analytics, Omegapoint’s list of clientele includes several large Corporate’s from different industrial sectors.
Of late the company has been eyeing different prospects for expansion in other related sectors diversifying their reach, says Kuroosh Mistry, “There are a couple of plans in the pipeline, that will distinguish us from other HR organisations. We are in talks with a couple of companies based in UK and Hong Kong to set up their research desks. These desks will be dedicated to the specific mandates received from these companies. With the growing demand amongst regular clients, we are even looking to set up a different company catering to volume hiring business. The company will mostly be called AlphaPoint Consulting Pvt. Ltd.”
They also have plans to cater to a new company which will impart intensive knowledge, domain based training to fresh graduates, enabling them to get easy access to a BPO/KPO career. These trainings will focus on knowledge / domain based processes like Trade Finance / Services; Cash management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management etc.
